At CozeyCare, we are committed to providing high-quality products designed for comfort and better sleep. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. 30-Night Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-night satisfaction guarantee on eligible products.

To qualify:

  • Item must be used under normal conditions
  • Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • Customer must contact our support team before returning any item

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in good condition (no damage, misuse, or excessive wear)
  • Original packaging is recommended but not required
  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following may not be eligible for return:

  • Heavily used or damaged items
  • Items not purchased directly from CozeyCare
  • Final sale or promotional items (if stated clearly at purchase)

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is defective

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds if the item shows signs of use beyond normal testing.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photo/video evidence

We will offer:

  • Replacement, or
  • Full refund (at our discretion)

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled

8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If needed, please return the item and place a new order.


9. Chargebacks & Abuse

We take fraud and abuse seriously.

  • Excessive returns may be declined
  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issue.
