Shipping Policy

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and tracking information will be provided.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–15 business days

3. Shipping Delays

CozeyCare is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs clearance
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Weather conditions or unforeseen logistics issues

4. Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be sent via email once your order has shipped

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Orders with incorrect addresses may be delayed or lost
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as “delivered” but not received:

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery status

CozeyCare is not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered, but we will do our best to assist you.


7. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages due to warehouse availability.
